These terms apply to EarnTime JP provided by ISA Studio.

Service

EarnTime JP allows a parent or guardian to set tasks and available time and the family to review progress. Parents or guardians manage household and child profiles and device settings, and should provide the necessary consent and supervision for children's use. Manage shared devices and sign-in information appropriately.

Accounts and children's use

An account is created by a parent or legal guardian who is an adult under the laws of their place of residence. Children of any age may use child profiles created by that adult, with their consent and under their supervision. “0+” does not mean children may register independent accounts. The adult is responsible for meeting applicable consent requirements.

Availability

EarnTime JP is intended for families in all countries. Actual availability and features remain subject to store availability, supported devices and applicable local laws.

Limits of protection

Protection may not work because of device permissions, OS or manufacturer restrictions, connectivity or changes to settings. Complete, continuous blocking or monitoring is not guaranteed. Check device status and do not rely on the app alone for safety management.

Paid features

Pro prices, billing periods, trials and automatic-renewal terms are shown by the Apple App Store or Google Play at purchase. Cancel through the store where you purchased. Refund requests and decisions follow that store's rules, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Governing law and disputes

These terms do not select a specific governing law or exclusive court jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer rights and statutory remedies applicable to users are not limited. Contact ISA Studio at the address below with inquiries.

Guest family access and purchases

A guest family does not require email/password sign-in. The adult is responsible for keeping invitation, recovery and installation credentials private. Another invited parent gains access to the same family, not an isolated copy; deleting that family removes access for its other members. Removing a saved profile or signing out is not server-side deletion. Store purchase restoration alone does not recover lost family credentials or deleted family history.

Service-controlled family trial access is separate from a store offer. Prices, purchase offers and renewal terms are shown by the store. Family deletion and uninstalling do not cancel auto-renewal; cancel with the purchasing Apple/Google account. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
